TERRC,
Graythorp, Hartlepool stands close to the mouth of the River Tees -
an area of around 51 ha (126 acres) of which 10 ha (24.7 acres) is a
flooded basin/dry dock. The facility was formerly used for the construction
of offshore oil and gas structures. This previous use has provided an
excellent infrastructure which is now being enhanced to enable the largest
of structures to be handled.

51 acre fully serviced multi user facility designed for offshore and marine
related operations (previously owned and operated by Odebrecht/SLP). Available
as a total site or individually tailored plots/units. The facility includes
1000m of deepwater jetties and wharfage including a 260m x -7.0m LAT deep
