storage is immediately available, developed permanent storage
can be available within 3 months of an agreement being signed
The
facility will have a 3m high electric pulse external perimeter
fence.
Flood
lighting over the total area will provide a minimum of 5 lumens
for security and 18 lumens for working. In addition, there will
be strategically placed dome CCTVs which will be connected to
the main security office to be used for security and management
purposes.
The
total surface area will be metalled, providing an impervious layer
to enable both quality hardstanding in addition to the catchment
of surface water which will be processed via an interceptor prior
to being discharged into the watercourse. |
