Part-time Receptionist
Join Our Team as a Part-time Receptionist at Able Group
ABLE is looking for a professional, organised, and reliable individual to be the welcoming face of our Head Office. As the ABLE Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
Keep the reception area tidy and organised.
Handle deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team when required.
Uphold company health, safety, and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
Flexibility to cover varying schedules.
Reception must be covered during normal business hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30, and Friday, 08:00–17:00. The part-time rota is split into two rotating shifts that swap each week:
Rota A (the vacant position) covers Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 08:00–17:30, while Rota B covers Thursday from 08:00–17:30 and Friday from 08:00–17:00.
Your contracted hours will be detailed in your employment contract; however, flexibility is essential. You may be required to provide cover for both Rota A and Rota B when necessary to ensure continuous reception service.
