Part-time Receptionist

Join Our Team as a Part-time Receptionist at Able Group

ABLE is looking for a professional, organised, and reliable individual to be the welcoming face of our Head Office. As the ABLE Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence promptly and efficiently.

  • Keep the reception area tidy and organised.

  • Handle deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team when required.

  • Uphold company health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

  • Flexibility to cover varying schedules.

Reception must be covered during normal business hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30, and Friday, 08:00–17:00. The part-time rota is split into two rotating shifts that swap each week: 

Rota A (the vacant position) covers Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 08:00–17:30, while Rota B covers Thursday from 08:00–17:30 and Friday from 08:00–17:00.

Your contracted hours will be detailed in your employment contract; however, flexibility is essential. You may be required to provide cover for both Rota A and Rota B when necessary to ensure continuous reception service.
